A luxurious villa that stands out for the quality of its interiors, designed and furnished by Far Arreda, where creativity and bespoke solutions are never compromised
Nestled in the hills of Franciacorta, this elegant villa with a garden has been meticulously renovated and completely refurbished with new interiors. Far Arreda oversaw the entire design process – from interiors to flooring and lighting – introducing a variety of modern and distinctive elements in terms of both materials and style.
The decision to use a single colour throughout the home creates a harmonious, minimalist aesthetic. There is a clear, immediate sense of unity and flow between the spaces, enhanced by porcelain stoneware flooring that extends seamlessly to the pool area. The aim was to create continuity between indoors and outdoors, while also choosing a material that is practical and easy to maintain.
The villa, owned by a family, is arranged over two levels: a basement housing the laundry and garage, and a ground floor comprising the main living area, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a staircase leading to the two children’s bedrooms – each with a private bathroom – and a study.
Natural light floods in through the expansive windows, casting a glow across the clean, refined surfaces.
This is a home that remains true to its aesthetic sensibility, seamlessly blending an eye for beauty with functionality.
