Camilluccia, one of the most beautiful and verdant areas of Rome, offers us this residence, now nestled in a serene embrace of greenery, after a unique and passionate transformation led by architect Rossella Iorio. The property spans approximately 250 square metres and is situated on the ground floor of a small building. Thanks to its multi-level layout, welcoming terraces and lush garden, it evokes the elegance of a villa rather than the rigidity of an urban dwelling.
The initial challenges posed by an impractical interior layout were transformed into a creative opportunity, giving rise to fluid, light-flooded spaces where every corner tells a story of rebirth.
The project aimed to go beyond a mere aesthetic renewal, delving deep into structural aspects and completely redesigning all systems, to ensure a modern and comfortable living experience.
The design goal was to enhance this dialogue by giving each room an abundance of light, which amplifies its atmosphere and makes it feel welcoming.
At every glance and every touch, this home tells stories of renewal and modernity. Natural light, the undisputed star, floods the spaces, enhancing the beauty of the materials and offering a sense of continuity between the home and nature.
This project goes far beyond a simple renovation: it is a tribute to elegance, light, and synergy with the landscape; it is a celebration of the art of living, where functionality and design blend into perfect harmony. Every detail has been carefully and passionately considered, making this home a place that moves, welcomes, and inspires.
