A great signature style defines the mood of this large apartment
The decision to purchase this apartment in Naples, in the Vomero district, fits into the modern history of the neighbourhood, considering the appropriate size of the interiors and the unique view over the park of Villa Floridiana.
The Neapolitan architect Massimo Decimo, together with the owners Aldo and Laura, oversaw all the stages, from the initial choice to the project and furnishings.

Style, indeed: this was the puzzle to solve, and at the same time, the challenge that architect Massimo Decimo eagerly accepted from the beginning. The first goal was to find a stylistic line that would be appreciated by both Aldo and Laura, who, on the surface, seemed to have very different tastes.

The apartment was completely renovated, and the layout of the interior spaces was entirely redesigned. They all shared the idea to enhance the spatiality of the living area, opting for an open kitchen, in addition to positioning the dining area near the entrance, a winning intuition that allowed for a more open feel to the entire living area.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you immediately feel a sense of spaciousness. The friezes, mouldings, and wainscoting, reduced to simple reliefs, represent the classical soul of the house, which is dressed in white joinery. The modern spirit, on the other hand, is chromatically emphasized by the use of black for the finishing of some furnishings, as well as for all the accessories and lighting fixtures.
