A modern home embodies the spirit of the architectural avant-garde, offering a peaceful and sophisticated retreat.

Against the backdrop of the hills of Val Camonica the architecture of this house stands out imposingly and proudly with a modern and linear silhouette, underlined by clear and precise geometries.

A living path defined and customized by Zenucchi Design. The architectural and lighting project bears the signature of Luca Gheza, while the “entry cubicle” and the layout of the green spaces were designed by architect Antonio Brizzi.

Outside, the building is essentially shaped by the union of two stereometric bodies, two clear and distinct volumes that are gently juxtaposed. Two souls and two guises: the dichotomy of Portland grey and Spanish white stands out from the Ceppo di Gré® flooring which, available in multiple finishes, enters the building and pervades the paved surfaces.

Crossing the threshold, the layout defined with the collaboration of Zenucchi Design Code emerges: in the large open space, the relaxation area stands out, flooded by the light that seeps in through the windows, marked by designer pieces and a custom-made full-height bookcase.

The kitchen with island becomes a space of extreme elegance, also to share with guests, given the view over the other areas.

A sculptural iron staircase connects the living area with the sleeping area. In addition to the children’s rooms, here we find the master bedroom, designed as a suite, with a large wardrobe area and en-suite bathroom.

And for the summer, the house opens up… Just beyond the windows, there is a comfortable and refined outdoor area that becomes the continuation of the living room. From here, you can look out and enjoy the garden that surrounds the house, as a hug, while the surrounding valleys offer the charm of changing natural landscapes.
