The makeover of an apartment overlooking Lake Iseo: class and elegance are the stars.

Located in a residential complex with direct access to the lake, this house is the result of the skilful interior design by ostiliomobili.

The colour selection is not random: a few important touches of colour are immersed in neutral shades, capable of catching the light. The lake and its changing atmospheres thus permeate the spaces and make them unique at every hour of the day and in every season.

Such neutral shades become the ideal habitat to enhance important pieces of art from the property’s collection.

The large indoor spaces are highlighted by a visual continuity with the terraces overlooking the lake and are ideally divided into areas of use: the dining area, with the Cattelan table, the matching seats and the Flos chandelier, the reading corner with the red armchairs by Poltrona Frau and the Cattelan coffee tables, and the relaxation area with the Flexteam sofa; they are the result of choices that enhance their usability and amplify their open-space effect.

Hidden from the living area by sliding doors, we find different settings: there is the kitchen Maistri with the large island with ceramic top and leather stools by Poltrona Frau –, the study with the Lounge Chair by Vitra and the Hector bookcase by Molteni, and the master bedroom, where the Frau bed is the star, together with the remarkable wallpaper.
