This renovation turned two old buildings into a seductive penthouse, furnished with exquisite elegance.

Once again, the lake is the backdrop to everyday life, from the windows of this penthouse, which looks out over the waters of Lake Iseo, elegance and comfort are the stars of every square metre. We are talking about a recent renovation signed by the Archiabita studio with ostiliomobili, which managed the furnishing project, giving character and customization to all the rooms.

Originally, they were two different flats, in order to meet the owners’ needs and the two old residences turned into a wonderful penthouse. The large open space, which includes the entire living area, is protected by the sloping wooden roof with white. The relaxation space is furnished with a large corner sofa in fabric with generous and soft shapes, oriented towards the TV area; nearby, the armchair with matching pouffe is a beautiful eye-catcher that creates comfort. Behind the sofa, there is the raised kitchen with island and a table that runs on two sides. This “change in height” is interesting as it creates movement in the volume.

The wine cellar with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling glass wall tells about the owner’s passion.

The sleeping area is composed by various rooms: the master bedroom, a sort of suite with a fireplace and a TV inserted in some kind of partition that ideally separates the bedroom from the walk-in closet and the large bathroom with two vanities marked by 270 cm half-circle mirrors and a double-sided shower.

The parquet floor adds warmth and continuity to the interior design, except for the bathrooms.

Everywhere, the interior design shows a lot of attention to detail and a great balance between furniture and space, where natural daylight and artificial light play a key role, alternating different atmospheres according to tastes and needs.
