This is the case of this villa on Lake Garda: it benefits from a splendid panoramic view from the upper part of Soiano del Lago that adds value to the context; it also displays a very recent makeover that has made it larger, more efficient and equipped with every modern comfort.

The interior project, designed by ostiliomobili, has given it a decidedly modern touch, enhancing the environments where everything is in harmony. The shapes are simple and clear, perfectly in line with the owners’ needs, who can fully enjoy both the inside and the outside, with a garden and a swimming pool, without sacrifice.

Therefore, all four seasons can be liveable and enjoyable. The new home automation system has made it a state-of-the-art villa from a technological point of view, with systems that allow the control of lighting, windbreaks and the total closure of doors and windows.

After crossing the threshold, on the first floor – served by both the stairs and the lift that opens directly into the living room –, we are surrounded by a delicate atmosphere where the light of the large windows envelops the open space, focusing on the modern and essential furniture, in a splendid balance of lightness and elegance.

The wall and door are covered by Glamora wallpaper, which elegantly accompanies the private rooms, where a sense of peace and tranquillity remains, acting like the common thread throughout the home.

Even the master bedroom, furnished with a soft Academy bed with a classic/contemporary design, has a direct “eye” on the magnificent green view through the window, which becomes a soothing picture that changes according to the seasons, confirming a casual and relaxed lifestyle… Because today, comfort is the real trend.
