Dot Design signs a modern and innovative interior design project, where comfort and shape trace an indelible mark of charm and style.
It stands out modern and discreet, perfectly nestled in the mountains of the upper Val Badia, without affecting the surrounding environment, indeed, with an inborn elegance that makes it an integral part of the landscape.
Designed by the architect Birgit Kostner, this abode seems to have always been there, but instead, it was created recently, studied in detail, and naturally installed so that its lines are in perfect harmony with the land that welcomes it.
Whether it is muffled by the snow or shaded by the surrounding thick vegetation, this abode offers the versatility of timeless beauty while boasting an extremely modern, innovative and unconventional mood.

Once you cross the threshold, you will find little of the classic mountain house. The world that opens up is bright and airy, customized by linear and precise furnishings that define the various environments with character.
What made it so was the important and meticulous interior work carried out by the Dot Design’s team of Arzignano, Vicenza, able to totally grasp and fulfil the wishes and expectations of the customers, a young couple with children, lovers of this place, where the owner is also an entrepreneur.
The entrance opens onto the living room, a large space with the three main areas in sight, well-defined and with their own privacy, which allows you to have a large area dedicated to relaxation, a dining area and a modern and hi-tech kitchen, with an island that acts as border.
Thefireplace could not be missing, but interpreted in its most modern attitude, descending from the ceiling like a nice totem and becoming a choreographic as well as a functional element.

The parquet gives the whole house uniformity, with its soft and warm notes that call to mind various elements of the décor: the wainscoting and the stairs that lead to the most intimate corner of the house, the sleeping area.
Here, the master bedroom benefits from an excellent view and is muffled by the wainscoting that acts as a headboard. The walk-in closet is not missing, marked by a mirrored wall and a large wardrobe with leather doors, complemented by the central island equipped with drawers.
The light enhances the modern character of the house, expanding the surfaces and making everything fresher and more current…

And when the natural light coming from thepanoramic windows disappears, reminding us of being surrounded by the beauty of theDolomites, a sophisticated lighting system creates the right atmosphere for every situation.
Dot Design’s work with architect Birgit Kostner was a comprehensive synergy, which led to excellent results in terms of aesthetics and functionality, favouring the connection with the territory but with a sharp glimpse into the future… And so much beauty!
