Palm Beach, an elegant villa from the fabulous Roaring Twenties renews its splendour with a blend of elegance, comfort, and simplicity
The charming villa ‘Tre Fontane’ was love at first sight for its new owners. Located 400 metres south of Worth Avenue, in Palm Beach, it is a historic Italian-style residence designed in 1924 by architect Marion Sims Wyet.
The entire architectural complex covers 870 square metres, including grand rooms and elegant spaces, with eight bedrooms.

Following the purchase, the villa underwent a substantial renovation overseen by the owner and the team at William R. Eubanks Interior Design. ‘Tre Fontane’ is distinguished by an unusual courtyard entrance and an open-air staircase leading to the sleeping areas on the first floor.

The refurbishment aimed to modernise the interiors while highlighting the original architectural features: from the wood-beamed ceilings to the Cuban-tiled floors, and the pecky cypress doors.
The result? A renewed sense of vitality throughout the rooms, now airier, with an added touch of elegance and simplicity that enhances the exquisite furnishings.

Now, the residence is like a jewel box, a place to relax beneath the imposing columns that echo the memories of rediscovered classicism.
