A single floor to materialize an interesting compositional concept
This house is located on the Marche hills, in a context characterized by a marked landscape and cultural homogeneity, where the scent of the Adriatic salt seems to float in the air and the landscape appears as a 16th-century painting.

The constant attention to the new and the continuous search for a connection with the old style are the guidelines of this project. The compositional concept focused on the contrast between the organic forms of the ethnic/country chic furnishings and the geometric purity of the contemporary elements.

The sun seeps in from the windows, deliberately “dressed” with veiled curtains, and the total-white interiors spread a light that arouses emotions, and that speaks of tradition but also of design in a harmonious set. The details are designed with a lovely and romantic style, while the atmosphere and the essentiality of architecture meet in the use of the materials that heat the space, loading it with essence and living matter, and distancing it from the risk of refined abstraction.

The apartment is on a single floor. The interiors have been adjusted to make the environments more functional, according to the owners’ needs; the layout makes the areas independent, however articulating the space in the name of continuity and interconnection. They opted for the solution to remove and clean, rather than adding.
