Boca Raton is known as “the city for all seasons”, “the Beverly Hills of Florida”, or “the pink city”. This villa, with an interior surface of 400 square metres, is spread over two floors with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.




Built 20 years ago, the house appeared outdated, so the New York-based Adam Cassino Design studio was commissioned by the new owners to redesign and furnish all the interior and exterior spaces, making everything more contemporary.

This project has completely redesigned the spaces and style. The villa has a new sophisticated and contemporary look. The living room offers an inviting corner bar. On the side, a beautiful hanging staircase leads to the bedrooms upstairs.

The master bedroom was designed as a large, light-filled space; this room also overlooks the patio, the pool, and the lake… From the bed, you have the feeling of floating between the lawn and the water
