A transformative renovation of a large apartment has fulfilled the clients’ wishes
Elegance, precision, and symmetry define this stunning 175-square-metre apartment, located in a building overlooking the Gulf of Naples.
“It was a radical transformation,” explains architect Luigi Venezia. “The renovation of this property was entrusted to my studio with a brief that initially seemed quite ambitious.

For the finishes, a light oak parquet floor was laid in a herringbone pattern throughout the living area and all bedrooms.

Above the Knoll dining table, a telescopic pendant lamp by Occhio was installed. Electrically adjustable, it provides perfect lighting while maintaining clear views of the Bay of Naples from the kitchen. The kitchen, like all the wooden elements of the apartment, was designed according to a custom plan by the studio of architect Venezia.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a fully equipped laundry room includes a Corian® utility sink. The walls feature tailor-made lacquered boiserie, while some surfaces are finished with water-based enamel paint.
