FORESTIS Villa, a restored residence inspired by European Art Nouveau, is nestled in the heart of the forest, surrounded by peace and nature

From the past to the present day, spanning over a century of history. The owners and couple behind FORESTIS, Teresa and Stefan Hinteregger, amaze us with this gem in the world of hospitality: FORESTIS Villa.

Originally built in 1912 by the Austrian monarchy to house the medical staff of the nearby pulmonary sanatorium, the villa has undergone a meticulous conservation-focused restoration. Today, it hosts an exclusive property that can accommodate up to ten guests. This architectural beauty covers 1,200 square metres across several levels and includes a private spa.

The pure spring water from the Plose, high-altitude air, abundant sunshine, and mild climate are the four pillars of the spa. Meditation, yoga, Wyda, and breathwork instructors, experts in Celtic movement geometry, and specialised therapists are available for private sessions and massages.
The spa features a large heated indoor-outdoor pool, a massage room with a tub for two, a spacious rain shower, sauna, steam bath, relaxation lounge with fireplace, and a fitness area equipped with Technogym equipment. The five spacious en-suite bedrooms reflect the architectural tradition of mountain villas dating back more than a century.

The villa can only be booked on an exclusive basis, guaranteeing complete privacy and intimacy for its guests throughout their stay. A concierge, private butler, and personal chef are on hand to assist guests and fulfil their needs and wishes at any hour, day or night.
