On the outskirts of the city, a private and customised apartment for a young couple
The decision to convert part of a family villa, located just outside Brescia, into a private apartment marked the beginning of the design of an elegant home tailored to the needs and desires of a young couple.
Shared choices and clearly defined goals, guided by the interior design team at Far Arreda, led to the creation of this new residence.
Spread over two levels, this home is characterised by stylistic cohesion, which defines its overall modern and refined mood, and by the functionality and layout of the spaces, which ensure a welcoming sense of privacy.
While the ground floor is dedicated to the living area, the sleeping areas, accessed via a staircase next to the entrance, occupy the entire upper floor. This spatial division, which separates the different times of day, is unified by a carefully studied colour palette.
Warm tonal gradients, from soft greys to jet blacks, flow throughout the interiors, creating a pleasing sense of continuity and a widespread feeling of intimacy.
