- At what age did you start being a designer/crafter/artist? I was 27
- How do you begin one of your works? I let myself be inspired by silicone, I listen to it, I support it, and then I let it vent.
- Does anyone else help you create your works, or do you do everything by yourself? No, Edo has been my faithful pupil for 15 years and today is also my partner, but there are three of us in the studio.
- How do you choose the name of your pieces? Sometimes through a real naming work, sometimes it arises spontaneously.
- In your projects, what other languages does your design dialogue with? The mission of my work is to break down prejudices about materials, specifically silicone, which has no manufacturing history; this leads me to experiment with all arts, so painting, sculpture, decoration, and installations. I try to do everything that comes to my mind, and sometimes amazing things happen.

- How would you place your works in a house/office/hotel? In sight.
- Do you have any of your works at home? Of course, what better laboratory for experimentation, when you produce works of applied art, like mine?
- If you had the chance to place one of your pieces in a public or private place/home/location, what would it be? I’d like to make a huge chandelier to hang in the centre of the roof of Milano Centrale railway station.
- What is the most beautiful house you have ever seen? Name the sin, not the sinner.
- A work created by another designer that you would have liked to do? The Lips Sofa by Dalí.

- A designer you wish could create one of your pieces? Ettore Sottsass.
- If you weren’t a designer/crafter/artist, what would you do? I would be a comedian.
- What designer/crafter/artist (even from the past) would you like to know? I would like to know many of them, but I wouldn’t bend over backwards.
- An anecdote with Rossana that you will never forget? Every chat with Rossana is an anecdote to tell.
- Your favourite city? Turin has something magical.
- A trip that you would like to take? A journey into space, to see how small we are compared to the universe.
- A trip you never wanted to take? I can’t say that.
- What’s something nobody has ever asked you, but you wish someone did? I exercise my right to remain silent.
