The new look enhances the sporty character and boasts a more aerodynamic silhouette.

Restyled by Giuseppe Bagnardi of BG Design Firm in Rome, the 26th hull of the iconic OTAM 58, named “Bad Boy”, made its world debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2022.
The new look of OTAM 58 GTS enhances the sporty character we all expect in an OTAM yacht and increases its stylistic value, yet preserving the DNA of the shipyard.
The updated exterior styling offers a semiopen deckhouse with a sharply raked windscreen and wraparound glazing for an en plein air feeling, combined with protection from the sun and wind.
It also provides a more aerodynamic silhouette that decreases turbulence,

for better performance and higher onboard comfort at high speed.
Integrated into the hardtop are two air intakes that funnel air directly into the aft engine compartment; they are placed on the main deck, one of OTAM’s distinguishing features.
These can be raised hydraulically for easy and safe access to the engines and the equipment. The covered cockpit is equipped with a bar unit,
a corner sofa and a comfortable dining area, in additionto two large sun pads with a central walkway. The swim platform has also been redesigned.Like all OTAM yachts,

the 58 GTS is built for speed and lives up to its ‘Gran Turismo Sport’ suffix:
powered by twin MTU 1,825 hp engines, coupled to ASD14 Arneson surface drives, it has a top speed of more than 55 knots and cruises comfortably at 48 knots.
What hasn’t changed is the highperformance hull by Tagliavini Marine Design, built using a mix of Aramat™ and vinyl ester resin to guarantee complete safety and high comfort, even at high speed in roughseas.
As for all OTAM products, customization is essential, and the OTAM 58 GTS was built according to the owner’s specific requests, who also asked for a bespokeBöning console.
“Specialization, research, flexibility, iconic design, top performance, and outstanding efficiency built up over our 67year history are OTAM’s hallmarks, and the 58GTS is no exception,” says Sales & Communication Manager Matteo Belardinelli. “This has been an ideal project for us as the customer requested complete freedom of expression, unprecedented performance and outstanding fuel efficiency.” Below deck, the OTAM 58 GTS features two double cabins with ensuite, an openspace galley, and a third single cabin for an extra guest or crew member.
