Far Arreda furnished the interiors of this villa on Lake Garda, a gem with an essential charm and a distinctive character
Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Garda, this imposing residence was built entirely from scratch. The project was carried out by Lizzeri Architecture Studio, which oversaw the spatial layout, lighting, and flooring, and involved the significant collaboration of Far Arreda, responsible for the interior furnishings and for shaping the desires of the owners, a young couple.
The house is arranged over three levels: the basement houses a spacious spa area; the ground floor comprises the living area, complemented by two studies and a bathroom, while the upper floor contains the sleeping areas with two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a large master suite with a double vanity bathroom and double walk-in wardrobes.
Outside, a vast perimeter garden surrounds the property, where there is also a luxurious swimming pool connected to the indoor living room. Here, the view is spectacular: the large windows allow warm light to flood in, illuminating every detail.
Considerable study and care went into the white boiserie wall, which runs from the entrance to the dining area. The geometric patterns that compose it conceal storage inserts and an integrated door leading to the staircase and the office area.
