An architectural box of glass and steel, with great spaciousness and double-height ceilings, dominates the city of Buenos Aires with all its splendour.
María Anzoategui says that this client contacted her to take care of the interior architecture
and decoration of this penthouse, after seeing an apartment she had designed in the Puerto Madero neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. María Anzoategui found herself faced with a man who knew exactly what he wanted from the start.

María Anzoategui has shown her talent in this three-storey penthouse, with a large terrace overlooking the city of Buenos Aires in all its splendour… One of those projects that represent a great challenge: giving warmth to that architectural box of glass and steel, with great spaciousness and double-height ceilings that reach eight metres.

These strategic successes have added a great dose of warmth to this cold glass box, completed with elements that revolve around the same concept, such as wool rugs, cashmere blankets, and natural fibres, such as linen, silk, and velvet.
In the living room, contemporary Italian design furniture has been included, with noble and warm materials that set the tone of the decoration of this large space, with large glass windows that reach eight metres in height.

María has created highly sectorized environments, with spaces that provide fluidity and total connection between them. A script in each area of this large environment, which includes the owner’s needs to receive, share, and enjoy together with friends.
