In an oasis of peace and tranquillity, where you can relax surrounded by the beauty of nature, the minimal and modern lines of this house with winery stand out, with elegant and alluring interiors.
Among the slopes of Franciacorta, an area rich in history and renowned for its vineyards and gentle hills that offer splendid landscapes, this house stands out with clear and precise lines with a decidedly modern style.
The project tackles the theme of a residential building with a contemporary architectural language, without however losing the strong local character.
The goal was to insert the winery, with the adjoining house, in the morphology of the land, to better fit into the surrounding context.
This project bears a double signature: Studio Giallo Pastello – which conceived and created the interior design, supplying all the furnishings – and Studio ApiùD Architetti Associati Montani Serra – which dealt with the preliminary research, the technical project as well as the architectural and construction management –.

An excellent partnership that has satisfied the customer, and those who have realized the project, with passion and professionalism.
The architectural composition is based on volumes that are marked by partitions covered in stone and by large openings that allow an overall view of the surrounding landscape, the real star of the whole context, thus creating continuity between inside and outside.
The generosity of the green area surrounding the dwelling includes a large swimming pool, easily usable and appreciable even from inside the house, where you can enjoy the blue mirror of water through the large windows.
For the interiors, Studio Giallo Pastello has created a microcosm of modernity and charming perspectives, where lightness and warmth are the common thread that runs through the various environments.

Nothing is left to chance. The chromatic neutrality that marks both the furnishings and the backgrounds – created through soft tones on the walls and the varnished oak floor – is dotted with colour, thanks to very simple details that call to mind the sun that warms and ripens the vines, just outside the concrete borders.
The owners wanted modern and linear environments, especially in the area facing the vineyards, where nothing should steal the show from the landscape, with a plain and essential style, but refined and functional, according to their needs.
The selected shades are predominantly cold, but this feeling is toned down by the sunlight that floods the interiors, warming them up.

In the master bedroom, the colours selected to approach the neutral background are grey and blue, together with other shades that call to mind the elements of nature, in this case, the sky.
In the bathrooms, the coverings give a tactile effect to the surfaces, in harmony with the contrasting materials selected for each bathroom…
The petrol blue block for the children’s bathroom, the fibreglass wallpaper with natural textures for the master bedroom’s en-suite, and the Piasentina Stone effect, matching with the green shade of the bathroom in the living area.
Wherever you look, inside or outside, you can enjoy relaxing and fascinating settings: elegant perspectives of refined everyday life.
