La cosa più sorprendente di questa casa è il sodalizio di materiali che la compongono e le danno carattere motivando un’architettura moderna, fatta di linee decise, di volumi dilatati dalla luce naturale, di spazi inequivocabili quando si parla di eleganza, comfort e ricercatezza. Legami forti, fatti di cemento armato a vista, ferro, acciaio, che relazionano con la plasticità del legno, la trasparenza del cristallo e la vellutata compattezza della pelle utilizzata come pregiato complemento di finitura.

Elementi determinati che fanno di questo progetto, firmato dagli architetti Giorgio Parise e Stefano Fornasieri, un tratto distintivo di notevole interesse. Abbracciata dal verde del giardino che entra copioso dalle grandi vetrate, il living si presenta come un grande open space, dove le varie zone relazionano tra loro pur mantenendo una propria privacy. Le variazioni di quota creano piacevoli giochi architettonici nei quali si evidenziano i diversi materiali.

Elemento catalizzante il totem ligneo del vano ascensore, tutt’uno con il mobile TV che fa da quinta tra il salotto e la cucina. Insieme, costituiscono un colpo d’occhio scenografico che mette una nota calda ed equilibrante in un contesto di elementi più freddi e statici quali il cemento a vista, l’acciaio e il vetro. Scultorea la scala che unisce i piani giorno-notte. Minimale e leggera taglia il volume con eleganza confermando uno stile personale e deciso; lo stesso che ritroviamo anche nella zona notte e soprattutto nella camera padronale, dove una forte intesa tra linee razionali e l’alleanza tra materiali diversi sottolineano un moderno e seducente glamour.

This villa, smoothly located between the banks of the Brenta river and the hills, has been dressed up in a modern and fascinating way, thanks to De Marchi Arredamenti.

The most amazing thing about this house is the fellowship of the materials it consists of, which give attitude to it while justifying a modern architecture distinguished by decisive lines, volumes dilated by natural light and unmistakable places when we talk about elegance, well-being and attention to detail. Strong links made of exposed reinforced concrete, iron and steel that relate to the plasticity of wood, the clearness of plate glass and the velvety compactness of leather, used as a precious and refined finishing element.

Specific and given elements that make this project – signed by architects Giorgio Parise and Stefano Fornasieri – a distinctive hallmark of considerable interest. De Marchi Arredamento was involved on the front line too: it took care of all details and it customized the environments in line with the language of the project, by using the know-how and the skills of its joiner’s workshop to satisfy all needs. In view of the importance of the materials describing the house, all pieces of furniture have been selected and matched to maximize the housing pathway.

Syntonic combinations enhance the mood of the house by making it elegant, personal, captivating and fluid. Enclosed in the green of the garden that copiously seeps through the wide glass windows, the living area comes as a large open-space, where different areas are connected but still preserve their own privacy. Variations of height create pleasant architectural plays where different materials are highlighted. The wooden totem in the elevator shaft is a catalyst, at one with the TV stand that acts like a background between the kitchen and the sitting room.

Together, they represent a spectacular visual impact that puts a warm and balancing mark in a context full of colder and more static elements, such as exposed concrete, glass and steel. The staircase that links living and sleeping floors is sculptural. Minimal and light, it elegantly cuts volumes while confirming a personal and decisive style; the same one that can be found in the sleeping area and, above all, in the master bedroom too, where a strong harmony between rational lines and a coalition among different materials underline a modern and alluring glamour.
