This project confirms the strong relationship between clients and the designer, resulting in a new, customised living space
Located on a hilltop overlooking the iconic Strip in Las Vegas – where, by night, everything glows with lights and colours – this single-storey home spans 400 square metres and includes an outdoor area with a pool and a garden that wraps around the entire perimeter of the property. The construction and interior design were managed by the Los Angeles-based studio Nicole Smith Interiors.
This marks the third property Nicole Smith has designed for this particular client: a businessman and his wife of Italian heritage, both passionate about design and comfort. The couple envisioned a new residence where they could live in peace, just a short distance from the city centre, with ample space to host family and friends.
Nicole told us: “I like to describe my client as a modern-day James Bond: he loves luxury and details, is attentive to everything, enjoys dressing well, collects cars – especially Italian ones – and has a keen appreciation for art and design. I designed and commissioned many bespoke furnishings and home accessories for him“.
“The master bedroom and bathroom are particularly special: a spacious, bright, private area, finished with meticulous attention to detail. The same goes for the entertainment room, featuring a custom metal pool table by 11 Ravens, placed atop a bespoke rug designed specifically for the space”.
