In an enchanting natural setting, this villa stands out for its elegance. The project by Studio CADEOarchitettura found the ideal partner for supplying part of furnishings in ostiliomobili.
The villa has been completely renovated and explicitly recalls the charm of timeless environments, albeit with a refined character.
The house is arranged over two levels, including both living and sleeping areas. It is surrounded by a large park that includes a tennis court, a bocce court, a pond, and an infinity pool, where a table with woven fabric seats in a neutral and minimalist style stands out.
The first elements ostiliomobili supplied were the kitchens, one upstairs and one on the lower floor. Both kitchens, equipped with high-end appliances, feature distinctive lines and finishes with highly-tactile textures.
The two custom-made kitchens were entirely personalised for the client. The itchen upstairs, with brass fronts and ceramic worktops, focuses on a snack table, with wooden and leather seating in a stylised design. The one on the lower floor – with more spacious cabinets, smoked-glass framed doors, and LED strips – is distinguished by the ceramic island that resembles a sculptural installation.
Ostiliomobili also supplied the furniture for the sleeping areas: beds, bedside tables, and hidden wardrobes. The soft shades and simple lines of the furnishings selected by the design studio make the bedrooms refined and essential. The light seeping in through the windows creates a fresh and relaxing atmosphere in every room.
