In the heart of the Argentario area, in an ancient farmhouse of 300 square metres, renovated and placed in the welcoming arms of a pleasant area.
A space that the owners have chosen as their retreat, where they go as soon as they can: an oasis of peace where they can relax and enjoy their great passions, such as photography, art and design.
The property is spread over three levels: on the ground floor, entering from the porch, there is the large living area, with a stainless-steel kitchen with dark titanium finishes and a light stoneware worktop, arranged at the end of the open space, hiding the entire service area behind.
By crossing the small living room, dedicated to reading and relaxation, you move to the mezzanine floor that houses the two daughters’ bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.
Going up the staircase, we are welcomed by another large living room used as a cinema room, at the ends of which are the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, with their respective bathrooms. For this floor, they chose hand-planed French oak parquet, to achieve a worn effect, carved by time.
The environments are enlivened by the brilliant colours of the original design pieces and works of art, completing a domestic setting that perfectly frames beauty and comfort, a powerful union that gracefully pacifies body and soul.
