The light and the view enhance the warm tones of an apartment renovated in the name of contemporary design and comfort.
Living in a super panoramic apartment on the Posillipo hill, overlooking one of the most famous gulfs in the world, is a great privilege. Located on the top floor, this 250-sqm apartment has several terraces, in addition to a roof terrace connected by an external staircase.

Inside, the selected colours are light but warm, in order to create a relaxing atmosphere. The entrance and the large living room are separated from the kitchen by a curved grey wall illuminated by spotlights that call to mind the veins of the Calacatta marble used in the living area.
The entrance is shielded from the living room by a grey back-lacquered glass sheet – which, by penetrating the false ceiling, creates a cut of light thanks to the LED strips – and by a column covered in steel, which hides a load-bearing pillar.

Architect Claudia Faella underlines: “The renovation project included the arrangement of some antique furniture and paintings that the owners already had. A golden frame was separated from the painting it contained. In this way, the frame was used as a mirror which, by reflecting, multiplies the outdoor setting.”

From the living room, through a full-height sliding glass door, you enter the hallway featuring a play of arched false ceilings that reflect the curved wall of the living room.
In the bedrooms, each furnishing element has been tailor-designed: from bookcases to desks, up to the wardrobes, while the walls are covered with tactile wallpaper by Élitis.
This area boasts wooden flooring in Afrormosia.
