And no sacrifice has been made for this enchanting penthouse, overlooking the waters of Lake Garda; through the huge windows, it enjoys and breathes every colour and wind breeze.

Not only is the gaze projected beyond the domestic walls in a continuous renewal of colours – according to the weather and the seasons –, but also those water shades and that sky have been desired and moved inside the house.

Braggio Arredamenti led the owners – a couple with a daughter – to this choice, by summarizing the right colours among the variable shades of the landscape that could also call to mind, at any time, the context in which this panoramic penthouse is located.

A customized shade of blue is the leitmotif that leads from one room to another, combined with the warm essence of wood, creating relaxing scenarios that perfectly compete with what can be seen from the windows.

Just pull aside a curtain, and the light of the lake touches the furniture, tailored to optimize every tiny space and to make everything smoother and more consistent.

The open-plan living room makes the volumes welcoming and light, boasting colours and style, as well as a balanced aesthetic sense.

The comfortable design sofa is modern and essential: a light touch that adds delicacy and even more abundance to the relaxation space, with a panoramic view and a TV area.

Not far away, the kitchen boasts the same dominant shade of the living space, integrating a functional section in gold Calacatta stoneware which, together with the table made of the same material, completes this more technical but always extremely elegant area.

The chairs call to mind the blue shade that dominates every room, always combined with the oak wooden parquet floor that warms it up to perfection.

Braggio Arredamenti has specifically designed the lighting system, which guarantees the right atmosphere in every context through LED bars, pendant lights and light fixtures.

A tailor-made scenographic door in Canaletto walnut with thin vertical slats acts as a filter between the living area and the sleeping area, in a successful combination with the blue wall, equipped with a wardrobe, boasting several storage compartments and display niches, which make this blend even more elegant and refined.

The same mood and the same combination can also be found in the master bedroom, where the same slatted effect has been recreated, in order to separate the bedroom from the en-suite.

Here, the warmth of wood is combined with modern wallpaper, which customizes the essential and modern bed back wall. Even in the bathrooms, the chromatic reference to the sky and the lake is not lacking, with stoneware coverings in large slabs with elegant designs.
