This recently-built villa is clothed in elegance: a new, exemplary and contemporary look with neutral interiors and targeted choices.
A young and dynamic family entrusted the Far Arreda’s experts to give shape to their concept of home. An abode inspired by elegance and beauty, with a strong and decisive character, which should be interpreted not only through structural and architectural volumes, but also thanks to sought-after interior layouts.
The large windows with tinted glass ensure privacy, brightness and splendid views; thus, in the living room, the enhancement of the concrete wall – deliberately left unfinished with its roughness and the open formwork holes – is complemented by the dominant shades, selected by the expert interior designers.

By wearing the “dark suit” for special occasions, this interior design displays different shades of grey, from the lightest to absolute black, creating matching and refined environments. From the light-toned flooring with ceramic tiles on the ground floor to the grey hues of the sofa and armchairs.
From the more intense, shiny and precious colours of the steps and the landing – belonging to the dark grey marble staircase –, up to the same material used for the floor and the wall finishes in the sleeping area, located upstairs.

Again, from the neutral shades to the total black of the most dominant accessories, such as the dividing volume placed in the middle of the open space and the large kitchen area.
These latter two symbolise absolute elegance, tailored in stained oak with a slat effect; they both are the scenographic focus which the gaze runs towards when it moves away from the overall view.
Several original and unique pieces stand out in the different areas. From the iron partition wall that completes the living room and divides it from the entrance, up to the kitchen – the functional and practical hotbed of everyday life and conviviality –, which catches the eye for its extremely linear design, the double islands, the snack counter covered in brass, the large columned wall and the dining table with a black glass top.

Likewise, in the master suite upstairs, the centrally-located bed stands out, together with the large walk-in closet and the amazing monolithic marble shower.
